Bursting Emails - Tracking

Summary:

Hi,

We send more than one email to same person as they are assigned to multiple cost centers.

Sometimes they receive email to only one cost center and complain they did not receive the other one. We have seen this problem with multiple users.

Is there a way to track if the email has been sent successfully to each person for their respective cost center?

The "The bursting operation has completed successfully." email shows that bursting completed successfully but they do not receive email.

Please let me know how to tackle this problem.
