Enabling GenAI Skill Recommendations (without Oracle Learning Cloud)

Hi All — I realized not everyone here is subscribed to Oracle Learning Cloud (though you’re missing out—there’s some great stuff on the roadmap). The good news: you can still enable GenAI-based skill recommendations without OLC. If you hit a wall when it’s time to build a recommendation profile, use the steps below to get past that hurdle.

1. Set ORA_WLF_ENABLE_GROW_RECOMMENDATIONS = Y at the Site level
