Workflow Automation for Case Management
We are currently using Workflow Automation in HR Help Desk, and it is working as expected.
However, in Case Management, no email notifications are being triggered through Workflow Automation, even though the workflow is configured.
Has anyone experienced this issue before in Case Management?
Are there any additional setup steps, limitations, or configurations specific to Case Management that need to be checked for email notifications?
