How to find the navigation to Cancel Event Action

Hello,

I have been trying to clear up retroactive notifications for our employees for years; some of them date back to 2021 when we sent live with Oracle. I need a simple way to cancel these 'awaiting to process' events. Most keep erroring out each pay period and we have just been working around them for the last five years.

I've been seeing a lot of chatter about the 'cancel event action' but I'm not able to find this page at all. We are currently on Redwood 26A.

Has anyone had any successes of cancelling these old retroactive entries and make them go away? I did find the Event Action Notification page but the page i is blank when I try to pull up an employee
