Currently, the summarized notes feature is available only at the individual (base) entity level. This limits visibility when users need a consolidated view of notes across related entities.

The customer requires the summarized notes functionality to be extended to the parent entity level. With this enhancement, summarized notes from multiple base entities should be aggregated and displayed under the corresponding parent entity.
