Blank Page when Manager Assigns Training to Reportees (My Team > Learning) after 26A

Summary:

When managers try to assign any training from My Team > Learning > Assign Learning, managers are seeing a blank page. The page keeps on loading and just displays a blank screen. The assignments do get created, but the page does not load. In some cases, it does load after 5-6 minutes, and the behavior is not consistent. Is anyone else facing this issue? We have an SR open with support but wanted to check if any other users are facing the same issue.
