Enhancement Request –Ability to Delay CSP Based on Offer Acceptance Day in ORC

Hi Team,

Currently, Fast Formula executes in real time and moves a candidate immediately to the HR Processing state once the offer is accepted. Our requirement is to introduce a configurable delay in this transition:

• If the candidate accepts the offer between Monday and Thursday, the transition should be delayed by 1 day.
• If the candidate accepts the offer on Friday, the transition should be delayed by 3 days.

This functionality cannot be achieved with Fast Formula today, as it does not support delayed state transitions. We request an enhancement to enable conditional delays in candidate state movement based on the day of offer acceptance.
