Active Assignments column - 26A

Summary:

The Active Assignments column under Learning Catalog and Offerings under Course (redwood format) is not showing the correct number of staff enrolled onto the session.

When we go into Learning Assignments (both Redwood and Classic) and Offerings Classic, it is showing the correct number of staff enrolled onto our offerings but when we go to Learning Catalog and Offerings under Course (redwood format), it is showing a lot less. It almost looks like it is only adding up the people who enrolled since we implemented 26A.
