Split a PO Line through REST API in Oracle Fusion Purchasing

Is there any REST API available to split a PO line?

For example, if we have a PO line with a quantity of 10, we would like to split it into two lines with quantities of 7 and 3. We are currently able to achieve this using the SOAP API, and would like to implement the same functionality using REST APIs.
