What is the difference between Manager Learning Approval as 'required' vs 'request approved'?

Summary:

Our team is exploring the new Redwood Course Administrator experience. We’ve noticed that admins can configure courses to require both learner and manager approval. For learner requests, the options are "None" or "Required." For manager approval, the options are "None," "Required," and "Request Approved."

Historically, our organization has used "Learner - Required" and "Manager - Request Approved" for manager enrollment approval. However, during recent testing, we found that setting manager approval to either "Required" or "Request Approved" results in the same workflow and experience for both learners and managers.

Could someone clarify the difference between these two manager approval options?
