In Redwood Purchasing POs sourced from Contracts not visible consistently

Summary:

We are implementing Redwood Purchasing in DEV and noticed that the POs sourced from Contracts module is not visible in Purchasing Order (New).

I've run the two jobs below and it fixed the issue sometimes but no consistently. We even had a PO become visible two days later.

• ESS job: Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest to OSCS (Index: fa-prc-po)
• ESS job: Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest to OSCS (Index: fa-prc-po-schedules)

The POs we sourced from requisitions don't have this issue and we don't need to run the two jobs.
