Payment term LOV is blank in redwood PO screen

Hi Team,

We have enabled redwood UI for Purchase order and are using custom roles to access purchase order. Currently we are facing an issue where the payment term LOV is coming blank under the redwood UI. However, we are able to see the list of value under the classic UI using the same login. Can you please suggest if there is any new privilege or policy added for redwood UI. attached is the extract for custom role compared with the seeded buyer role.
