The requisition header DFF is not being copied to the negotiation header DFF

Summary:

The requisition header DFF is not being copied to the negotiation header DFF. I created a requisition and populated the header DFF, then approved the requisition. After converting the approved requisition into an RFQ, the requisition header DFF values were not copied to the negotiation header DFF

Not copying requisition header DFF to negotiation header DFF. We have done below setups

• 'ORA_PON_COPY_REQ_HDR_TO_NEG_HDR' has been set as 'Yes'
  ORA_PON_COPY_REQ_LINE_TO_NEG_LINE' has been set as 'Yes'
  ORA_PON_COPY_NEG_HDR_DFF_TO_PO_HDR has been set as 'Copy internal supplier Negotiation Header DFF'
