With the new events, once we receive an attendance sheet, we would finialise and close the course. However, we do have the odd scenario that someone will dispute the attendance sheet and say they did attend. This means we would need to go back in and amend it. However, I cannot see how to do it.

When I choose undo complete, it is not working. I am assuming this is because the event is closed. Is there a way to undo the closed event status? It would be a lot of work to delete the event and re-create and would also mean that delegates would get new alerts saying they had been enrolled on.
