Query on the Active Assignments column on the new Learning Catalog.

Does the Active Assignments column on the new Learning Catalog include staff who are pending (requested, waitlisted, pending seat acceptance) or is it just learners with a place?

If it doesn't, it would be a really good additional column to add on Learning Catalog. We currently have a custom report that includes pending and we use it to chase learners and their line managers. Our custom report would need amending to look at events which will take time and we would rather use the new Learning Catalog as the report.
