Redwood Supply request page no data is showing up

in Supply Chain Orchestration

We are not able to see any data is Redwood supply request page. We did the following setup

1.. Setup and Maintenance → Choose "Setup: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management" → Actions → Go to Offerings
2. Optin Feature button (Selection :Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management)
3. Edit

4. Enabled Use Redesign Pages in View Supply Requests

We can see the page in redwood but without any data and we were able to see data in ADF page, and since no new Priv is given in the release note we are not able to proceed with this redwood page.
