Learn Request Approval Rule — How to Reference Job “Management Level”?

Hi all,

I’m configuring the Learn Request approval workflow in Oracle HCM. The requirement is:

• Default: route to manager approval
• Exception: employees with a certain Management Level (maintained on the Job) should be auto‑approved

In the Transaction Console and BPM Worklist, I can only select Job Level, which we don’t maintain. The Job Management Level field is maintained, but it doesn’t appear as an available attribute for building the approval condition.

Question: Is there any way to reference the Job Management Level in the approval rules, or a workaround to bring up this field in the approval logic?
