The business has a requirement regarding visibility of service requests:

  • If an employee raises a service request as the PPOC (Primary Point of Contact), only that employee should be able to view the request in the system.
  • If a service request is raised on behalf of another employee, then the designated PPOC should have visibility of the request, not the employee who created it on their behalf.

Hi Team,

We have configured the profile option ORA_SVC_HD_LIST_EMPUI_SR_FILTER to "Where I Am the Primary Contact". However, employees are still able to see additional filter options, which deviates from the business requirement.
