Approver having both Manager and HR role are not working as per expectation

Summary: Hi, We have a case of approval for Change Assignment where requestor has both access i.e. LM & HR. For this we have configured rule in BPM advance mode, however when we raise a transaction from HR it follows the desired approval but when we raise transaction through My Team for direct reports it doesn't follow the desired approval but follows HR approval.
