Content is showing status as New but not moving to Active status
Summary:
we have loaded few AICC content using Rest API and its status is showing as 'New'. We are unable to move the status to 'Active' or ready for processing.
This is working fine in test pod but not working in dev3 or production.
In test pod status was showing ready for processing. and we ran ' process elearning packages' and it resolved to Active.
Do any one know if we need to run any other process in dev3 ?
