Restriction of FYI Email “Supplier External Registration Rejected Due to Error” to Specific Users

Summary:

when an external supplier registration is rejected due to an error, an FYI email notification titled “Supplier External Registration Rejected Due to Error” is automatically sent to all supplier administrators who have procurement agent access.

However, as per our requirement, we would like to restrict this notification to only specific users within the group of supplier administrators who have procurement agent access.
