We are facing an issue after the 26A update where images (logos) are not rendering in alert notifications.

Details:

  • Images are not displayed in alerts generated via Alert Composer.
  • The same image URLs are working perfectly fine when accessed directly through the browser.
  • The issue is consistent across all alerts.

Impact:
All notifications are being sent without images, which is creating a poor user experience.

What we have checked:

  • Image URLs are valid and accessible.
  • No changes were made from our end in alert configuration.

Has anyone else encountered this issue post 26A update?
Is there any known fix, patch, or configuration change required (e.g., authentication, security settings, etc.)?
