Learning Assignments Not Displaying After Maintenance Patch

Summary: We were recently looking into an issue in our lower environments with the learning assignments page not displaying learners after searching for one of our learning initiatives. It displays the total numbers of In Progress, Not Started, and Completed at the top however down below where the learners are supposed to populate it says no data to display.
