Ship to location and Bill to location expecting same

We have a requirement related to Ship-to Location and Bill-to Location. Currently, the Ship-to Location is derived from the requisition. The expectation is that when the Ship-to Location flows from the requisition to the purchase order, the Bill-to Location should automatically update to match the Ship-to Location.
