Redwood promote: Issue with USA-Salaried Promotion Transactions: Submission Errors with Data Persist

Summary: We are reporting a critical issue encountered when submitting "Promote" transactions for the US-Salaried population. Despite receiving the attached error messages during the submission process, the transactions appear to be successfully processing and are visible in both the Transaction Console and the front-end search.

Errors Encountered:

JBO Error: “Entity row with key oracle.jbo.Key[...] is not found in WorkingHourPatternDEO.”
Salary Error (CMP-1005122): “You need to enter a salary start date that's before the salary end date.”
Observations:

The system triggers these errors upon submission, yet the data changes are reflected in the system.
We have attached error screenshots and HAR files from our lower environments (DEV/TEST) for your analysis.
