Personal Details – Document Record approval in the same flow and mandatory attachments (26B)
Summary:
We are currently using the Personal Details page and noticed that new sections are planned to be available in release 26B. However, the documentation does not clearly mention whether attachments will be mandatory or if multiple document types can be uploaded within the same section.
For our client, this has an important impact because the document attachment must be mandatory depending on the information provided.
Additionally, if we use Document Records (DOR), the process currently requires two approvals (one for Personal Information change and another for Document Record), which impacts the agility of the process.
