How to Disable Acknowledge Participation?

Summary:

Our main requirement is to add external attachments to a negotiation without having to amend, but understand that is not possible. To reduce the requirements that the supplier needs to perform every time there is an amendment, we were hoping to disable the Acknowledge Participation feature.

Can you please guidance how to disable/exclude Acknowledge Participation feature from a negotiation?
