Where can I find HR Location/ Customer Location values from setting?

Summary:

I am trying to map asset location and HR location/ or Customter location to achiee [Automated Asset Creation from Payable Invoices]. However, I have no idea to check what are the HR/Customer locations and how to create these values in the instance. Please advise to where in the setup menu I can find these values.
