How to upload extracted/incremental supply planning data from EBS to oracle fusion?

HI,
we are extracting supply planning data from EBS to oracle fusion and after extracting the csv files how to upload them in oracle fusion?
we have to use FBDI templates for single csv file or can we upload them in bunk? Is the data extracted first has to be converted in FBDI versions like fields nae available in FBDI Templates or we can just upload extracted csv files directly into the system?
I there is incremental data for few templates does that mean we have to extract data again and again from EBS and upload them every time or is there any automated way for example using OIC?
