Benefit Programs and Plans Not Visible for Benefit Representatives in TEST POD

Hello Team,

We have observed an issue where some Benefit Representatives are unable to view certain Argentina Benefit Programs and Plans in the Redwood TEST POD. However, the same programs and plans are working as expected in the Responsive UI, and they are also visible correctly in the Dev2 POD.
