issue with custom bip report

Summary:

our team has developed a custom report for weekly notification on held invoices. report purpose is if any approval pending or hold to be released it will send invoice details with a link in report which takes user to invoice page or procurement page to approve from there. we are using hardcoding for the deeplinks. its not acceptible by client. Can anyone please suggest alternate solutions or which lookups can be used to solve this issue. Please guide.
