How to extract course branding images?

Summary:

Client requirement is to migrate course branding images from one oracle instance to another. As far as i know, WLF_LI_IMAGES_F stores content id's for the branding images added. Is there a query that can help me extract all URL's associated to the content ids.

Also, does ORA_ATTACHMENT storage provider refer to UCM WebContent Center. If so, is there anyway i can use the abovementioned query to filter out all relevant images in a single search allowing me to download all the relevant images in one go?
