Is it possible to limit Expenditure Org based on INV org selected in Miscellaneous Transaction?

Summary:

Currently, after an user selects an inventory org while creating a Miscellaneous Transaction, all available Expenditure Org are displayed in the "INV_EXP_ORGANIZATION" DFF's LoV. There are three business units that the client uses- Abc, Pqr and Xyz. We want to limit Expenditure Orgs displayed in LoV based on inventory org selected. If a user selects inventory org from Abc BU, only Expenditure Orgs from that BU should be displayed in the LoV. Is this possible?
