Termination V2 to V3 Migration

Team,

We are planning to move from V2 to V3 for Termination page / transaction. We also came to know that we cannot go back to V2 later once we move to V3.

But what happens if there is any issue in V3 and do we have any known issues or customers faced issues in this transition?
