Assistance on building a Enhanced Talent profile file-receiving an error

Summary:

I am building an EnhancedTalent Profile-certificates file to upload an already existing certificate "N95 1870" to several hundred employees but I keeping getting this error:

You must supply a valid value for the required attribute: CertificationName.

I have never built anything like this before and I am trying to teach myself how to do this. I am not sure if I am missing something such Content Type-so it identifies that the content type:

Licenses and Certifications

Licenses and Certifications

But I could not see on the business object where it was required.

Please, I did try to place an SR and one tech helped some but said I needed to go to this forum to get assistance further.
