Allow Update of Transportation Shipment and Shipment Lines via API

in Inventory Management

Hello,
We would like to request some help to update Transportation Shipment and Transportation Shipment Line data through REST APIs when the Transportation Planning Status is set to Pending.


Currently, when attempting to use the API:
shipmentLineChangeRequests/action/changeTransportationPlan
We receive the following error:
"The transportation plan can't be updated for shipment lines in Pending or Not applicable transportation planning status."
However, this same update is possible through the UI (Manage Shipment) even when the status is Pending, which creates an inconsistency between UI and API capabilities.
We also evaluated the API:
fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/shipmentLineTransactionRequests
But this API processes data via interface tables, and does not meet our requirement, as we need to perform direct updates in real-time, similar to what is done through the UI.
