RESTAPI Call for Getting ALL Performance Goals for a worker, any associated goal is returned

While using RESTAPI {{hostname}}/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/performanceGoals?q=PersonId={{PersonID}};AssignmentId={{Assignment ID}};StartDate="2026-01-01", I am expecting 1 goal to return for this worker, however, 6 are included in the response (the 1 worker goal, and 5 goals that this HR user assigned via mass assignment - the mass assigned goals are NOT on the workers plan).

Additionally, when I tried using the ReviewPeriodID as a query option vs. StartDate the request fails.

I'm looking to understand how to get all performance goals that appear for a worker on their goal plan for the current review period. Please advise on the proper call that will filter for just the worker's goals versus ALL associated goals.
