Hiring manager is unable to view the requisition approval status

Hi Team,

At this moment once a requisition is submitted, the approval status is visible only to the submitter and administrator. Other users are currently unable to view the requisition approval status.

As per the business requirement hiring managers also should be able to view the approval history of requisition along with submitter and administrator.

Please let me know how this can be achieved? is there any standard approach or workaround available to enable this functionality?
