Ask Oracle in AI Agent studio is giving error - Sorry unavailable

Summary:

Hi Experts

I'm seeing an issue with the users who are not admin when try to access Ask Oracle getting error "Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now. If the issue persists, contact your help desk."

NOTE: This error i do not see for Fusion admins who are also have ai agent admin access.


Please help me how to resolve this.

I added below for the user roles and privileges still no luck:

  1. ORA_DR_FAI_GENERATIVE_AI_AGENT_RUNTIME_DUTY
  2. ORA_FND_TRAP_PRIV (Create and Edit Backends for Visual Builder Studio )
  3. HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV
