We would like to understand the impact of instance refresh/ cloning (e.g., PROD to TEST) on SoD configurations.

Could you please clarify the following:

SoD Rules Migration
Are SoD controls automatically copied during instance refresh?
Data Synchronization Post Refresh
Is it mandatory to rerun data synchronization jobs (e.g., role, user, entitlement imports) after refresh?
If yes, which jobs are critical to ensure SoD analysis works correctly?
Existing Violations & Results
Are previously identified SoD violations retained after refresh, or do they need to be re-evaluated?
