Impact of Prebuilt Model Changes on Existing Controls in Advanced Access control

Summary:

Hi,
We have a scenario where a control is already created in the system based on a prebuilt model (for example: Create Supplier + Create Invoice).

During a quarterly release, for eg if Oracle introduces changes to the underlying prebuilt model, how these changes impact existing controls.

Would like to get clarification on the below,
1. Once a control is created from a prebuilt model, does it remain dynamically linked to the model?
Or is it a one-time copy?

2.If Oracle updates the prebuilt model logic, will the existing control automatically inherit these changes?
Or do we need to manually re-import or recreate the control? if so how do we take care of Versioning & Change Tracking
