How Can I prevent Collaborators from viewing closed or inactive job applications?

Please I need some help with this.
Collaborators can still access candidate information on closed/filled requisitions if they actively change filters, even though the business expectation and design intent is that their access should automatically end once a requisition is filled or closed.

When a requisition is filled or closed, it disappears by default from the collaborator’s landing page. However, if the collaborator: Adjusts filters

Views “inactive” requisitions → they can still see candidate profiles, resumes, and applicant data.

I want to prevent Collaborators from viewing/accessing candidates' application once the candidate moves to Offer phase and thereafter.
