How can I apply addition earnings/benefits for total entity

Summary:

I have few requirements for Workforce Planning:

  1. How to apply addition earnings and benefits for all entity together - is it possible? When i assigned this earnings and run the rule (Synchronize Defaults) that does not work, i works only when i do it for 1 entity (level 0 descendance), because OEP_Total Entity is Dynamic calc.

2. this earnings should include Custom Dimension and combination of several additional fields (3), which I created under Account→ WFP→ OEP_Employee Properties the parent member for them.
