Why do report rows expand down while form rows expand up?

Summary:

I have noticed that while using the row zoom feature in reports the child members appear below the parent.

In forms 2.0, the child members appear above the parent.

My users prefer the child members to appear below the parent like in reports. Is there any way to change forms to behave the same way?
