Deployment to Central America

Merck/MSD is currently under discussions to deploy Taleo to the Central American market.  We are looking at the following countries: Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Dominican Republic.

I am reaching out for feedback from any corporation that would be able to tell me if you had any experience deploying to the above countries. If so would you be available to discuss this with my team?  We would like to understand any concerns, issues, finding, restrictions that may have come up when deploying to this region.
