OIC using ftp adapter - connection failure

Hi Team,

We are trying to establish connection to bank server from OIC using ftp adapter. We are able to connect to other banks using the same approach. But for one specific bank, we are facing the error.

We gave FTP server hostname, SFTP port.

SFTP connection to Yes under properties.

Under security, selected FTP Server Access Policy, entered username password, choosen public gateway under access type.

Error when test connection:


Unable to test connection iob_SFTP.

  • CASDK-0002: Unable to access the host ****** Unable to connect to SFTP server. Please verify 1. Host and port are valid 2. OIC IPs are allowed in SFTP firewall. If connection is associated with an agent validate 1. Connectivity from agent machine 2. Entry in nonProxyPost in agent configuration if direct connectivity to SFTP Connectivity is needed.
