How to hide the Oracle delivered Person Extra Information (PEI) Categories

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement to hide the Person Extra Information categories in Classic UI and Additional Person Info in Redwood UI. I can see all the oracle delivered categories in Classic UI irrespective of country/legislation but in redwood we can see the categories based on the country/legislation. So, could anyone please guide me to hide these categories?
