Redwood UI: RSSP: Charge Account Description is not fully visible

in Self Service Procurement

Dear Oracle Team

As part of the 26A Quarterly Patch, the Charge Account description feature has been released. However, we are unable to use the horizontal scrollbar to view additional details that are hidden on the right side, as highlighted below. Could you please confirm whether this is a bug or if it can be resolved through any configuration or fix?
