Is it possible to add a secondary Collaborator field?

Hi All,

Currently under the requisition logistics tab, there is a 'Collaborator' field. Our recruiting department would like to have another 'Collaborator' field to be added to the system. So we can use the first 'Collaborator' field to add the sourcing recruiters and use the second 'Collbaborator' field to add anyone else who needs to view the reqs as a collaborator. 

The reason we only want one collaborator to be selected is because of all the duplicates that arise when running a candidate status report. However it's also important that all reqs remain visible to other other people who works on the req.
