can we populate Reconciliation RAG from transactions RAG.

Summary:

Hi,

We have to populate Reconciliation RAG from transactions RAG.

Scenario 1: Difference is zero, no explanation needed. Reconciliation RAG: Green.

Scenario 2: Difference is not zero. User provided Explanations  (e.g., shown in below table: 3 transactions).

All the 3 transactions got different RAG based on age of transaction and transaction amount.

Now, we should check out of all the explanations provided, if at least one Red is there then Reconciliation RAG is Red.

If no red, but Green and Amber are there, then Amber.

If all transactions RAGs are Green, then Green.
